When I think about what I want from my health, I picture being active, going on adventures and having energy for my kids. A number on the scales cannot tell me all of that.

What does progress look like for you? It might be a walk with a friend, getting back to something you love, or finding a routine that feels possible again.

There is room to start where you are

I want fitness stories here to include the tired days, setbacks and recovery, as well as the moments that feel good. Changes in activity during illness or treatment need to fit your circumstances and professional advice.

I am interested in emerging research, but research peptides are not proven shortcuts to strength, injury repair or recovery. A hopeful story still needs room for other treatments, support and uncertainty.

Through perimenopause and menopause, strength, bone health, sleep and sustainable movement become useful things to discuss. The question I keep coming back to is: what would help you do more of the things that matter to you?
