Fact sheet summary

What is in the blend?

KLOW is a marketing name for a blend, not a single peptide. The sheet lists GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. Formulations can vary.

Claims and research

Skin appearance, hair fullness, recovery, joint comfort and gut comfort are reported or promoted benefits. The sheet does not present them as clinically established benefits of KLOW. Much of the research concerns individual ingredients, often in cells or animals.

Different interventions

Evidence about a topical GHK-Cu skin serum does not establish benefits of an injected KLOW blend. Combining ingredients does not establish added benefit or safety. KPV research discussed in the sheet is mainly in cells and mice.

Women’s health and safety

No benefits unique to women have been established for KLOW. It has not been shown to balance hormones or treat menopause symptoms. The sheet describes an unapproved blend with uncertain side effects, interactions and long-term safety, including during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
